Neem, als het kan, elke dag heel even de tijd voor jezelf. Je zal merken dat je dan meer rust en ruimte in je hoofd ervaart.

Some of you know that I was on a slow juice fast last month for 10 days, so no food, no vibers, and it made me realize how much I was addicted to food intake, how many times I turned to eat something while there was an emotion to feel, or eating something as a reward, I learned that ‘cheese’ does the same to your brain as ‘heroine’ does, it gives it a shot dopamine, maybe not as hard as heroine but it does the trick like sugar, oil, and much more I also quit eating dairy and gluten, I bake in a bit of water instead of oil, I eat lots of juicy fruit and food, I became totally vegan again, plant based and I drink 3 liters of water or even more each day, and I only start eating when my stomach really feels like it (so not my mind). Sometimes around 11:00 or later (so intermittent fasting now 16-8). *** I feel super great, I feel more spirit, even so much more joy! my body feels lighter and I feel more sexy and more connected to ‘me’ and so also to ‘we’ the world, all living beings and nature. I watched movies like: ‘what the health’ and ‘game changers’ and that made me realize even more that a plant based diet is a happy diet for all living beings and for the earth too! **** Did you know that the making of one hamburger costs 2400 liters of water!!! And what about the cow and all the land it needs and did you know that by eating meat the chance of getting cancer increases with 18% and that meat slibs your arteries! ************* So if you feel the calling?
